Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Manager/Architect with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in customization, integrations, plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, JavaScript, PCF controls, and business process flows.
- Build and consume REST APIs, Web APIs, and integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications.
- Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Create and customize entities, forms, dashboards, views, business rules,



and security roles.
- Work with Azure services for integrations.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
