Description: As a Non-IT Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment team, contributing towards closing the open positions in the Non-IT department.

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Non-IT)

End to End Recruitment:

1. Should have knowledge and work experience in Naukri and other sourcing portals.
2. Should be able to understand the roles and responsibilities of the requirements
3. Should be able to use sourcing strategies & platforms in filling the positions.
4. Should be positive at screening & scheduling the Interviews
5. Should be able to understand the roles and responsibilities of the requirements.
6. Should be able to flexible with the timings.
7.



Need to follow-up for the Joinings & supporting for onboarding procedure till Joining.
8. Supporting the employee engagement activities etc.

Interview coordination:

1. To coordinate with the panel and candidates for scheduling interviews, Walk-In drives
2. Supporting the employees with any queries & concerns.

HR discussion and on-boarding process:

1. To handle salary negotiations with the shortlisted candidates and make successful on-boardings.
2. Followup with internal departments, post on-boarding, to make necessary arrangements for the joiners.
