Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for growing the South Zone profitably, heading 6 states.

Strategic Planning

Driving the short term and long term sales targets of the zone along with other objectives in the business plan.

Involving in business planning for the zone and analysing for assessment of revenue potential in business.

Analysing business potential and implementing plans to drive sales, supplementing turnover and achieving desired targets.

Business Development

Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics

Monitoring credit control and following credit policies.

Team Management

Leading and monitoring the performance of the sales team to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

Recruiting, developing, training and mentoring the team to have a healthy career progression as well as controlling attrition.

Channel Management / Inventory





Putting in place the right mix of channel partners to optimally reach the retail outlet universe, handling channel partner grievances and improving performance metrics.

Also responsible for developing the railway and SAMT channels.

Inventory Control

Supporting the supply chain team with robust sales forecasts to ensure continuous availability of all SKUs. Also, supporting the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of sales orders's.

Brand Development & Marketing Initiatives:

Framing and implementing strategies for establishing greater awareness of the Anmols products in association with the marketing team.

Successfully launching current products in the market for the long term growth prospects of the organization.

Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements and devising various sales promotion schemes for the retailers.

Utilizing market feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for monitoring competitive landscape.
