The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Business Finance in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership, business consultation, and analytical support as a key business partner to the India Country President and Leadership Team. This role demands a deep understanding of the business, rigorous financial strategy development, and execution, as well as the delivery of financial commitments. The CFO will also ensure the highest levels of corporate governance, compliance with security exchange and other corporate laws, and will be involved in a wide range of activities including M&As;, spin-offs, and CSR spend.
Applicants must have a finance qualification (ACA, CPA, or equivalent) and/or MBA in finance, with at least 15 years of related experience.
Previous experience as a CFO in a listed company in India is desirable. The role requires excellent interpersonal and business partnering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The CFO will lead a team of 5 in business finance and work closely with the entire India finance team. Key responsibilities include business partnering, driving key business and transformation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and listing regulations. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of financial processes and controls, and be adept at driving standardized financial practices across the business.
