Your Role

- Own endtoend ALM for enterprise applications across Build, Run, Enhance, and Sunset.
- LeadAMS delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and predictable outcomes.
- GovernITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and audit compliance.
- DriveAgile/DevOps delivery, release cadence,



and continuous improvement.
- Act asprimary stakeholder interface, managing risks, roadmap, and financials

Your Profile

- 12-14 Years overall experience.
- Solid ALM leadership with Run + Change ownership in AMS / AE models
- Engagement / Delivery Management (EM) client management, governance, and financial control
- Proven experience managingenterprise production applications
- Working knowledge of.NET or SAP (either acceptable; not required to be handson)
- Exposure toAgile, DevOps, and ITSM (ITIL) frameworks
