Job Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US clients.
- Work on positions such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Allied Healthcare, Therapists, and Physicians.




- Use job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination.
- Negotiate pay rates and manage the offer process.
- Coordinate with account managers and clients to ensure timely submissions.
- Track candidates in the ATS and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.

Preferred

- Experience recruiting for hospitals, healthcare systems, MSP, or VMS clients.
- Ability to work in US shifts.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
