Selectsys is looking for Business Analyst for US P&C; Insurance Domain with strong experience with excellent communication skills.

Requirement Details:

Experience: 6–12 years in US P&C; Insurance

Shift: US Night Shift

Role: Business Analyst (client-facing and operations handling)

Primary Responsibilities

- Act as the primary day-to-day account manager and implementation coordinator for assigned customers
- Attend and lead recurring customer implementation calls, status meetings, workshops, and follow-up discussions
- Gather, document, organize, and validate detailed business requirements from customers
- Translate business requirements into clearly defined functional requirements for the technical and development teams
- Coordinate directly with development, QA, product, and implementation resources regarding requirements, priorities, blockers, timelines, and ETAs
- Own implementation tracking and follow-through across customer deliverables, open items, defects, enhancements, and configuration requests
- Work extensively within Jira to create, document, track, prioritize, and manage implementation and development tasks
- Assist in testing new system functionality, validating enhancements, reproducing issues, and performing UAT support
- Communicate directly with customers regarding system functionality, implementation progress, issue resolution, workflow recommendations, and project updates
- Help configure and validate workflows, business rules, document templates,



accounting functionality, and operational processes within Expert Insured
- Create and maintain detailed implementation documentation, process flows, SOPs, testing documents, and configuration notes
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between customers, implementation teams, and technical resources to ensure projects continue progressing efficiently
- Assist in identifying operational gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and automation opportunities during implementations
- Support onboarding and transition activities for new customers and implementations

Key Points: Experience in current business rating, Policy issuance, renewal processing, claims processing, and endorsements processing (2 or 3 out of 5 mandated).

Minimum Skills and Competencies

- Bachelor’s Degree, training, and work-related experience
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- American Insurance Market Domain Awareness
- Experience in US Commercial Lines Rating (Preferable Auto/GL/PR/BOP/Flood/WC)
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Policy Processing and Carrier systems
- Willing to work under Business Pressure and in Night/Rotational shifts.
