Key responsibilities include:

Roles Responsibilities:

- Collaborate effectively and actively with Product Owner and SMEs to understand, prioritize and advise on application focus and rollout.
- Lead all aspects of system architecture and build consistent with industry best practices.
- Own and maintain SDLC documentation.
- Drive data quality and integrity in Hyperion planning systems; understanding the data relationships and data flows between various systems including SAP, DRM, and AWS.
- Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and reliability
- Facilitate and support the unimpeded execution of annual budget, quarterly forecast and Long-range Plan financial processes.
- Work independently, function as a knowledge resource for less experienced team members.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 8-12 years of Information Systems or Finance Accounting

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

- Proven experience of implementing or managing multiple Planning solutions in Oracle Hyperion (on-prem experience preferred). Experience with multiple EPM tools a plus
- Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing agile tools like Jira
- Possesses strong learning agility (including new technologies) and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail.




- 4+ years functional experience in financial budgeting and reporting at large corporate environment a plus
- Experience with Oracle DRM or similar master data management tools
- Foster a culture of innovation to encourage resources to evaluate and introduce recent technologies that will allow business partners to meet their objectives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in cross functional teams.
- Experience leading and managing teams within a matrixed organization.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Strong solution design and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform
- Experience in developing differentiated and deliverable solutions
- Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into solutions

Professional Certifications (please mention if the certification is preferred or mandatory for the role):
- Oracle Hyperion Planning Certified Implementation Specialist
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)

Shift Information:

This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required based on business requirements.
