Job Summary

Apollo MedSkills is hiring enthusiastic and energetic Telecallers to support student admissions for our Overseas Medical Education programs. The role involves interacting with prospective students, explaining MBBS opportunities abroad, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students from the provided leads.
- Explain MBBS programs in the Philippines, Vietnam, and other partner countries.
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions, eligibility, and course details.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling sessions for the admissions team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily calling and lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely student onboarding.

Eligibility





- Any Graduate or Intermediate (12th Pass) with relevant experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, BPO, Education Counselling, or Inside Sales is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
