Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Internal Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring requirements.
- Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in Non-IT, Healthcare, Immigration, Overseas Recruitment, or Staffing is an added advantage.
