Career Soft Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Bench Sales Director to lead our US Staffing Bench Sales division. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in bench sales strategy, team management, client engagement, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Bench Sales team, driving performance and business growth.
Develop and implement effective bench marketing strategies to maximize consultant placements.
Build and strengthen relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, MSPs, and direct clients.
Drive revenue growth by ensuring high bench utilization and successful consultant placements.
Oversee rate negotiations, contract closures, and profitability while maintaining robust client relationships.
Monitor KPIs, placement metrics, and team performance, providing regular reports to leadership.
Collaborate with recruitment, account management, and delivery teams to align staffing strategies.
Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations, visa categories, and client requirements.




Expand the organization's vendor network and identify new business opportunities.
Mentor, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
Resolve client escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on US staffing market trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills:
16–20 years of experience in US IT Staffing with significant expertise in Bench Sales.
Proven leadership experience managing large Bench Sales teams.
Strong network of Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Expertise in marketing H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT, and USC consultants.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
In-depth knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and staffing processes.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
