EY s GDS Indirect Tax Global Trade Technology team s mission is to develop, implement and integrate technology solutions for Global Trade that better serve our clients and engagement teams. As a member of EY s core Tax practice, you ll develop a knowledge of Global Trade, outstanding database and programming skills to develop and maintain innovative solutions.

Your key responsibilities

- Participate in requirements analysis
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but
- not limited to .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Revise, update, and debug code
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Master s degree preferred
- 0 -1 years of experience in .net technology
- Should have good communication/ analytical / logical / problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in .net technology, MS SQL server, Javascript/jQuery will be an added advantage
- Should be ready to work in rotational shifts including nightshift to support our customers on rotation for a continuous period of at least one month in a year.

Ideally, you ll also have

- Reads and interprets basic software system design and program specifications
- Works with common tools for component-based, object-oriented development, under supervision
