HDM Innovations is an early-stage healthcare AI startup building intelligent data, analytics, and automation products for the U.S. healthcare ecosystem helping payers and providers with data submissions, reconciliation, and reporting. We are a small, fast-moving team solving hard problems at the intersection of healthcare and AI, and we are just getting started.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic, versatile Operations & Growth Manager to help us build the company from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, generalist role — you will work directly with the founders across recruitment, marketing and sales, business operations, and product. If you like wearing multiple hats, thrive in ambiguity, and want a front-row seat (with real influence) in scaling an early-stage startup, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Talent

- Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the candidate pipeline
- Draft job descriptions, post on job boards, and help build our employer brand
- Coordinate onboarding and help shape a robust early-team culture

Growth, Marketing & Sales

- Support lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners
- Help create marketing content, social media, pitch decks, and sales collateral
- Conduct market and competitor research and contribute to go-to-market ideas
- Maintain the CRM and track the sales pipeline

Business Operations & Administration

- Run day-to-day operations: scheduling, documentation, and vendor/tool coordination




- Set up and continuously improve internal processes as we scale
- Assist with compliance, basic finance/invoicing coordination, and general administration

Product Management (Support)

- Gather and document requirements; coordinate between engineering, leadership, and clients
- Help track the roadmap, backlog, and delivery timelines
- Collect user feedback and support testing / UAT and go-live activities

Cross-functional

- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership
- Take on ad-hoc projects — whatever it takes to move the company forward

What We're Looking For

- Energetic, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Technical background (Engineering / CS or similar) preferred, ideally combined with an MBA or business education
- 0–5 years of experience; freshers with the right drive and aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and wearing many hats in a fast-paced startup
- Genuine interest in healthcare, AI, and building something from scratch

Nice to Have

- Exposure to U.S. healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing, or project-management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Jira, Canva)
- Prior startup or founder's-office experience
