Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with expertise in hiring for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment and end-to-end IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions within the BFSI domain.
- Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, Devops, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Good knowledge about BFSI Recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews,



and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling, offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

- Experience in IT recruitment with BFSI clients.
- Hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Robust sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
