Experience Required: 5-13 Years

Mandatory Skills:

5-13 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and/or Benefits modules
Strong experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, and Reporting
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations using OIC or Web Services
Experience in Implementation, Support, Upgrade, or Rollout projects
Ability to independently interact with business stakeholders
