Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, or support.
- Strong understanding of US Payroll regulations (e.g., federal, state, local) and ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
- Proficiency in configuring SAP HCM modules such as Payroll Processing (PP), Time Management (TM), Advantages Administration (BA).
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations involving multiple stakeholders.
