Job Title: Manager GES S2P Sourcing Hub ED

Location: Hyderabad, India

We are seeking an experienced Manager - GES S2P Sourcing Hub (Expert Desk) to lead global Source-to-Contract (S2C) operations within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, process standardization, and stakeholder engagement across indirect procurement services. The role offers significant exposure to global procurement leaders and the opportunity to shape scalable, data-driven procurement operations that support business growth and transformation.

Your key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) Expert Desk operations, including eSourcing, contract management, supplier enablement, catalog management, and procurement support services.
- Drive operational excellence and service delivery performance by managing SLAs, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Standardize and optimize procurement processes across regions, leveraging automation and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including Category Managers, Buyers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams,



to ensure seamless procurement operations.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering responsive, high-quality procurement services.
- Own governance and performance management, including KPI tracking, dashboard reporting, review forums, and strategic decision support.

You bring
- Masters degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Source-to-Contract (S2C) operations, preferably within a global organization.
- Proven people leadership experience, including managing teams and driving performance in a shared services or global delivery workplace.
- Experience leading large, multi-region teams and managing complex global operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, process transformation, digital procurement platforms, and global delivery models.
