We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Testing Lead with 8+ years of overall experience and solid expertise in Python, Selenium UI Automation, API Automation, and Integration Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, leading QA activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium for web applications.
- Perform API Automation and Integration Testing.
- Lead automation testing activities and mentor QA team members.
- Review test cases, automation scripts, and test results.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts,
and product teams to understand requirements.
- Identify, track, and verify defects through closure.
- Support CI/CD automation and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Prepare test reports and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of releases.
