Hyderabad - Up to 5 lakhs per annum
1. Should be able to generate / handle pre-decided annual business.
2. Should have customer field visit of minimum 12-14 days a month
3. Should work as a team player.
4. Operate within set parameters & policies laid down by company from time to time.
5. Understand products through application mapping, customer pain 6. Area, collect
market & competitor information.
7. Be 100% committed towards sales growth by achieving pre-assigned sales target in
the assigned area.
8. Maintain, update,



submit inquiry generation / conversion sheet on weekly basis.
9. Maintain, update, submit expected order booking list on weekly basis.
10. Timely submit quarterly / monthly / weekly - plan / report for all activities as per the
12 week a year concept.
11. Ensure healthy cash flow in the assigned area.
12. Priorities standard pump business in the assigned area.
13. Ensure smooth dispatches for all orders booked from his area maintain, update,
submit channel performance review on monthly basis for channels in his area.
14. Follow the plans given by seniors / hod to the core.
15. Carry out any other mktg. / sales task as may be assigned to him from time to time.
i.e.- seminars, vendor registrations etc shall be subject to weekly planning &
review.
16. Reporting shall be to hod or designated manager.
17. Order booking in ERP system.
