Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to oversee GTM systems at scale, with Salesforce at the core. This role is accountable for the performance, reliability, and evolution of the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring it supports business growth and complexity across Sales, Marketing, Services, and RevOps.

As Senior Manager, GTM Systems, you will operate at both a strategic and operational level, translating GTM priorities into coordinated execution across teams, driving consistency in how work is delivered, and scaling systems, processes, and talent. You will lead through others, optimize delivery across a global team, and ensure governance, alignment, and continuous improvement across an increasingly integrated and evolving tech stack. This includes advancing AI-enabled capabilities to keep GTM systems modern and future-ready.

Responsibilities

- Accountable for the health, scalability, and effectiveness of Salesforce and the broader GTM systems ecosystem.
- Ensure systems evolve in alignment with GTM strategy and increasing business complexity, while maintaining high performance, adoption, and usability.
- Establish and maintain consistent, scalable frameworks for intake, prioritization, and delivery across all GTM systems work.
- Ensure SLAs are met, work is visible, and stakeholders experience predictable, high-quality support across teams.
- Lead and scale a high-performing GTM Systems organization
- Drive clarity in roles, ownership, and execution standards to ensure consistent delivery across the team.
- Enable productivity through effective prioritization, resource allocation, and removal of systemic blockers.
- Standardize how systems work is executed across the function, including configuration, enhancement delivery, and support resolution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes,



reduce variability, and improve speed and quality of outcomes across teams.
- Ensure robust and consistent governance practices across all system changes, including documentation, testing, deployment, and validation.
- Maintain audit readiness and alignment with enterprise data, security, and system policies.
- Own the optimization of the broader GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Clari, etc.), identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Partner cross-functionally to define and deliver improvements that enhance end-to-end GTM workflows and data integrity.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Services, RevOps, and Enterprise Systems partners.
- Ensure seamless coordination across U.S. and India-based teams, including explicit operating rhythms, handoffs, and shared priorities across time zones.
- Evaluate and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across GTM systems, including intelligent routing, support triage, automation, and insights.
- Ensure the organization is positioned to leverage emerging technologies to improve scale, efficiency, and decision-making.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience leading teams, technical Salesforce or GTM systems teams preferred
- 8+ years of experience supporting or administering Salesforce in an enterprise or high-growth SaaS environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin) preferred
- Proven experience owning case intake, prioritization frameworks, and delivery execution
- Strong expertise in Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers/workflows)
- Experience with GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Clari
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones, including 50% EST alignment
