JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a versatile and strategically minded Technical Content Writer to join our growing IT services organization. This role bridges technical expertise and business storytelling, creating content that positions our company as a trusted technology partner, drives engagement across digital channels, and directly supports revenue generation through compelling proposals and RFP responses. The ideal candidate understands both technology and business, writes with clarity and purpose, and can manage multiple content workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Content

- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with the company's brand, service lines, and business goals.
- Create high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, whitepapers, solution briefs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Write thought leadership articles and blog posts that establish the company as an industry authority in IT services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for campaigns, events, and product/service launches.




- Track content performance using analytics tools and refine messaging based on data-driven insights.

RFP / Proposal Responses

- Lead end-to-end writing and coordination of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) responses.
- Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, and practice heads to craft technically accurate, persuasive proposals.
- Maintain and continuously update a proposal content library (standard responses, boilerplates, CVs, and credentials).
- Ensure all submissions are on-brand, compliant with client requirements, and delivered within tight deadlines.
- Develop executive summaries, cover letters, and win themes that differentiate the company from competitors.

Case Studies & Success Stories

- Interview project teams and clients to extract key insights and outcomes from successful engagements.
- Write structured, compelling case study documents that highlight business problems, solutions delivered, and measurable results.
- Maintain a repository of case studies categorized by industry vertical, technology, and service line.
- Repurpose case studies into shorter formats spotlight summaries, testimonial quotes, and presentation slides.

Social Media & Digital Content

- Plan and write content for LinkedIn, Twitter/X,



and other relevant platforms to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Create post copy, carousels, infographic briefs, and short-form articles optimized for social audiences.
- Maintain a social media content calendar in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitor social media trends in the IT services space and incorporate timely, relevant topics into the content plan.

Internal & Cross-functional Content

- Develop internal communications, capability decks, and leadership presentations as needed.
- Support technical teams with documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles when required.
- Liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs), architects, and delivery managers to ensure technical accuracy in all content.
- Drive content governance establish style guides, tone-of-voice guidelines, and review processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, English, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing for IT/software companies, with a portfolio showcasing tech-focused content.
- Exceptional written English with a strong command of grammar, tone, and narrative structure.
- Ability to understand and translate complex IT concepts (cloud, ERP, AI/ML, digital transformation, managed services, etc.) into business-friendly language.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace. Design tools (Canva, Adobe InDesign, or equivalent) to collaborate on visual content.
- Demonstrated portfolio of diverse content types including proposals, case studies, social posts, and marketing collateral.
