Company Secretary (CS) – Mandatory
LLB – Preferred

Mandatory Skills

Experience in Corporate Governance
Experience supporting Global/Multinational Organizations
Legal Entity Management experience
Corporate Secretarial and Compliance experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete lifecycle of legal entities, including formation, maintenance, compliance, and dissolution.
- Support annual compliances, governance reviews, board meetings, and corporate changes.
- Handle legal entity simplification, event-driven changes, and corporate records management.




- Work with legal technology platforms and maintain entity profiles, ownership structures, and compliance calendars.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and support multinational legal entity management projects.
- Assist in client engagements, document preparation, governance reporting, and process improvements.
- Preferred Skills

Experience in Legal Entity Management or Corporate Secretarial functions
Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, and Tableau
Familiarity with legal agreements such as NDAs, SOWs, and MSAs
Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global consulting setting

Preferred Certifications

- PMP
- Lean Six Sigma
- Other relevant project management or process improvement certifications
