Hiring: OPT Talent Acquisition (US Staffing)

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit OPT/CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizens for US IT requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

- Experience in US Staffing / OPT Recruitment.
- Knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
