Job Description & Requirements:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Salesforce Senior Developer

- 7-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong implementation exposure
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and design patterns
- Proven experience building production-grade solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura (as required)
- Solid experience with REST integrations, API consumption, and outbound integrations
- Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange development, packaging, and release cycles
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD processes
- Ability to work independently on complex features with minimal supervision
- Comfort supporting architectural discussions and technical decision-making
- Willingness and capability to step into a technical lead role when required
- Knowledge of Agentforce is an advantage but not mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across multiple implementations
- Build Apex, LWC, and integration components aligned with platform best practices
- Participate actively in AppExchange app development, maintenance, and upgrades
- Support deployment activities and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, including performance and limit challenges
- Write and maintain technical documentation for developed components
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality
- Mentor junior developers and support the team during high-demand delivery phases
- Act as a technical owner for features or modules when assigned.
