About the Role

We are hiring a Skip Tracer with Team Lead capabilities to work across all portfolios. This is a dual-role position; the person will perform hands-on skip tracing while also sharing floor management responsibilities, supporting our current Team Lead who oversees a 20-member team across multiple partner accounts. The role is intended to reduce single-point dependency on one Team Lead and strengthen operational continuity as partner workload grows.

Responsibilities Skip Tracing

- Trace and locate defaulting/unreachable customers using database tools, field references, social media, and public records
- Verify and update customer contact details (phone numbers, addresses, alternate contacts) in the system
- Coordinate with field agents/collection executives to share verified skip-trace leads
- Work across multiple bank/NBFC portfolios simultaneously (not restricted to one client)
- Maintain accurate, timely records of all tracing activity in CRM/dialer systems
- Ensure all tracing activity complies with RBI Fair Practices Code and internal data privacy norms no unauthorized disclosure of customer information to third parties

Responsibilities Team Lead

- Support/co-manage a team of collection executives alongside the existing Team Lead,



with the ability to independently handle a sub-team or specific partner account(s)
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and closure numbers of assigned team members
- Conduct floor huddles, call audits, and on-the-job coaching
- Handle partner-specific SOP briefings and ensure the team follows portfolio-wise compliance requirements
- Step in for the primary Team Lead during leave/absence or peak workload periods to ensure continuity
- Escalate performance, attrition, or compliance concerns to the Manager

Required Skills

- Proven skip tracing skills (mandatory) plus demonstrated ability to guide/mentor a team
- Prior experience as a Team Lead, Senior Executive with team-handling exposure, or who has led a shift/pod, preferred
- Robust local language skills (Telugu/Hindi/English)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/dialer, and reporting/MIS
- Good communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask across individual targets and team oversight

Qualification

- Graduate preferred
- Minimum 3+ years in collections/skip tracing, with team-handling exposure
