Position: Automation & STP Manager

Role Purpose:
The Automation & STP Manager drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage automation factory covering RPA, workflow and IDP.
Drive straight-through-processing initiatives.
Build automation roadmap and business cases.
Track automation benefits and ROI.
Key Performance Indicators:
Automations delivered
Hours saved
STP increase
Manual touchpoints reduced
Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and skilled certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
Core Competencies:
Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.
Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
MBA (Operations, Information Systems, or Finance) is preferred.
