We are looking for a skilled and detail - oriented BIM Modeler to create accurate 3D BIM models for facade systems using Revit. You will work closely with our design and engineering team to deliver coordinated and constructible models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D BIM Models of facade systems in Revit.
- Prepare shop drawings, BOQ, material take - offs and documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural and MEP models.
- Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Ensure model accuracy, LOD standards and project deadlines.
- Understanding of facade systems and construction drawings.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
