Role & responsibilities
P&L; & Revenue Growth
Own and drive centre profitability and financial targets
Develop and execute revenue generation strategies
Build strong relationships with surgeons, doctors & facilitators
Drive business development initiatives (BTL & ATL activities)
Monitor pharmacy sales, private label targets & cost optimization
Ensure accurate billing, collections & financial compliance

Operations & Quality
Ensure smooth centre operations & on-time surgeries
Maintain NABH & statutory compliance standards
Oversee biomedical equipment, audits & quality indicators
Drive patient satisfaction & feedback mechanisms
Ensure highest standards of hygiene & ethical medical practices

Team & Leadership
Lead, mentor and manage centre staff
Oversee manpower planning, performance & engagement
Act as escalation point for operational and medico-legal matters

Preferred candidate profile

Experience required 5-10 Years in healthcare (eye hospital preferred)
Solid experience in healthcare operations
Proven track record in revenue generation & cost control
Leadership capability with strategic and analytical mindset
Ability to manage clinical, operational & financial functions seamlessly
