Job Title: Specialist Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;)

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (relevant finance/analytics certification preferred)

Position Summary

As a CL 3 professional at the Senior Analyst level in IT Business Analysis, this role supports Technology Business Management (TBM) and FP&A; activities for the Information Technology Services (ITS) budget, along with Other Cost, Telecom, TEM (Travel, Entertainment & Meetings), and Reporting Center of Excellence (OTT CoE) functions. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, cost tracking, and preparation of management reporting packs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support budget planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience supporting ITS budgets
- Exposure to technology-related financial processes




- Knowledge of reporting/automation using VBA, Python
- Experience in SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and AO reports (as end user)
- Experience with QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI (a plus, not required)
- Familiarity with PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to improve process efficiency

- Excel Skills Test – practical Excel assessment
- Personal Interview – FP&A; experience, domain knowledge, and communication skills

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Solid understanding of financial statements and cost center budgeting
- Strong Excel and reporting skills – pivot tables, formulas, VBA, etc.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a agile, deadline-driven environment
