Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Department: Human Resources Talent Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.

Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.

Contact candidates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to discuss job opportunities.

Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess communication skills, salary expectations, notice period, and interest.

Schedule technical interviews with clients or hiring managers.

Coordinate interview timings and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients.





Maintain daily candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.

Follow up with candidates after every interview stage.

Negotiate salary within the approved budget and assist candidates through the offer process.

Ensure proper documentation and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel.

Meet daily sourcing, screening, submission, and placement targets.

Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring requirements.

Stay updated with current IT technologies, market trends, and recruitment best practices.

Maintain skilled communication and provide a positive candidate experience.
