We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Recruiter to join our recruitment consultancy firm. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across industries, handling bulk and lateral hiring, and achieving monthly closure targets. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced consultancy setting and have strong sourcing and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements across various positions and industries.
- Understand client mandates, job descriptions, and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage feedback.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Achieve individual and team-based hiring targets and closure ratios.
- Negotiate salary packages with candidates in alignment with client budgets.
- Ensure smooth offer rollout, documentation, and joining of candidates.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS updates.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring, and salary benchmarks.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of consultancy-based recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with targets, deadlines, and multiple client requirements.
- Good sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS tools.
- High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or any relevant discipline.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
- Exposure to bulk hiring, lateral hiring, or niche roles.
- Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
