Full Stack Backend Developer Experian (Data Apps Team)

Location - Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Must-Have Skills

- Strong Backend Development experience.
- Expertise in:
- Python (1st Preference)

- Strong SQL/Database skills (highest priority)

- Complex queries
- Joins
- Data analysis
- Relational DBs (NoSQL knowledge is a plus)

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand and enhance existing code.
- Flexible to work across multiple technologies rather than sticking to one language.

Experience

- 5 - 12+ years.
- Strong skills are more important than years of experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Work on an existing production application (not greenfield).
- Analyze existing codebase.
- Develop enhancements and new features.
- Resolve production-related issues.
- Work extensively with databases.
- Occasionally contribute to new initiatives,



but primary focus is enhancement of mature applications.

Interview Process

- Usually 2 rounds:
1. Technical phone/video interview.
2. Face-to-face technical interview in Hyderabad.

- A third round may be conducted only if required.

Work Location

- Hyderabad.
- 2 days/week Work from Office.
