Key Responsibility Areas:

- Apply daily cash receipts (ACH, wire transfers, checks, credit cards) to customer accounts in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blackline, NetSuite, JD Edwards ).
- Reconcile unapplied and misapplied payments and resolve discrepancies with internal teams or customers via email.
- Initiate contact with customers to obtain remittance information for unidentified or incomplete payments.
- Investigating and manually applying cash remittances that were not automatically processed by the system.
- Ensure customer accounts are accurately and timely maintained including bank fee, charge backs, wire fee, and daily adjustments.




- Assist in month-end closing processes
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payment status.
- Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Templating of remittance daily

Eligibility Criteria:

- 4 6 years of experience in cash application.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Blackline etc.)
- Experience with automated cash application tools or lockbox processing.
- Familiarity with B2B payment processes and banking portals.
