Key Responsibilities

Independently lead development workstreams including design, build, and unit/integration testing

Translate functional and technical specifications into robust, scalable Java solutions

Contribute to technical design documentation (HLD, LLD, integration specs)

Lead and conduct code reviews; enforce coding standards and quality gates across the team

Manage and mentor Analysts/ Senior Analysts; provide technical guidance and review their deliverables

Liaise with functional consultants, architects, and client technical teams on solution decisions

Own defect resolution and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues

Track and report delivery progress to Project / Delivery Managers

Proactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies

Contribute to internal knowledge assets, reusable frameworks

Mandatory Skills

Strong Java development experience (Java 8+)





Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns

Spring Boot and REST API development

SQL and database concepts

JPA/Hibernate basics

Git and Maven exposure

Ability to independently handle development tasks and mentor junior team members
