- Manage a team of AR calling professionals to achieve daily targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for denial management, reducing denial rates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach team members to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes.
- Analyze data reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM or similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams through AR calls, denial management, and revenue cycle optimization.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
