We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in US IT Staffing to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Bench Sales Recruiters.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
Screen candidates for communication, US staffing knowledge, visa and tax terms, and sales aptitude.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build a solid talent pipeline and meet hiring targets.
Requirements:
5+ years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Staffing recruitment.
Proven experience hiring Bench Sales Recruiters.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
