Role & responsibilities :

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, ITES, Non-IT, BPO, International, and Healthcare hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until onboarding

Preferred candidate profile :

- 14 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in any of the following:
- IT Recruitment
- ITES/BPO Recruitment
- International Recruitment
- Non-IT Recruitment
- Healthcare Recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, or other job portals.
