1. INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Eligibility:
• 10+2 / Any Graduate
• Freshers are welcome
• 13 years of International Voice Process experience

Salary: Up to 5.2 LPA CTC

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
• Customer-focused attitude
• Good problem-solving skills

2. INTERNATIONAL VOICE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Eligibility:
• Undergraduate or Any Graduate
• No pursuing candidates
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:
• Freshers: 19,000 Take Home
• 618 Months Experience: 22,000 Take Home
• 18+ Months Experience (C1 Quality): 27,000 Take Home

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• B2/C1 fluency
• Basic computer and technical knowledge
• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts

3. CONTENT MODERATION – URDU | FRESHERS

Role: International Non-Voice – Content Moderator (Urdu)

Eligibility:
• Any Degree
• Freshers are welcome
• Ability to read Urdu is mandatory
• Positive communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Fixed CTC: 2.9 LPA

4. AML/KYC – SEMI VOICE PROCESS

Eligibility:
• Experienced candidates only
• Minimum 6 months of experience in AML/KYC Voice or Non-Voice Process
• Undergraduates or Graduates

Compensation:
• Up to 3.6 LPA
• 23,000 Take-Home Salary
• 1,700 Shift Allowance
• Performance Incentives up to 2,700

Shift: Night Shifts

Benefits:
• 5 Working Days
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
• One-Way Cab Facility within 25 KM radius

Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview

5. INTERNATIONAL FRAUD – BACK OFFICE PROCESS

Eligibility:
• 10+2 / Any Graduation
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Fraud Process
• Experience in KYC, Banking Customer Support, Voice / Non-Voice preferred
• Relevant banking/fraud process experience preferred

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
Salary Hike: Up to 30%, based on current/last drawn CTC

6. RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE – FRESHERS

Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Day Shift

Eligibility:
• 2024 Passed-Out Candidates
• Any Graduate
• Female Candidates Only
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Candidates interested in starting a career in HR Recruitment

Salary: 13,000 – 16,000 per month for the first 3 months
Performance-based salary hike from the 4th month onwards

Job Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates based on client requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain recruitment databases and reports
• Provide end-to-end recruitment support
