- What Youll Bring

A bachelors degree in business administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- At least three years of hands-on experience with Certinia applications





- Certifications in Certinia PSA/ERP and Salesforce Administration (preferred)

- Robust self-leadership, organizational, and time management skills

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

- Experience in process mapping, system documentation, and stakeholder management
