REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 10-14 years in Project / Program Management.
- 5+ years managing Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.

• 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations delivered.

- Solid grasp of Fusion Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, or EPM modules.
- Experience managing SIs, vendors, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Skilled in planning, budgeting, resourcing, RAID, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
- Hands-on with UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations end-to end initiation through go-live and hypercare.

• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Drive governance: steering committees, status reporting, executive communication.

• Coordinate Finance, Procurement, HR, SCM, IT, system integrators, and business users.

• Partner with Oracle implementation partners on timely, quality deliverables.

• Facilitate requirements, solution design, UAT, cutover, and deployment.

• Track project KPIs; proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks.

• Drive change management, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.
