What would you do Deliver in a Supporting Role for 1. Enable People: Project Staffing Staff On boarding
2. Unit Operations: Production Readiness Operations Reporting
3. Technology Work Environment Readiness: Coordinate with TWE Leads on Desktops/PCs, Laptops, Work space, printers etc.
4. Client Visits
5. Assist in the knowledge transfer process
6. Assist in the Capacity planning process

Establish operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context. Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio.

What are we looking for 1. Staffing On boarding

- Coordinate timely staffing and seamless on boarding of the team members
2. Production Readiness Operations Reporting

- Timely successful coordination to ensure Production Readiness Operations Reporting
3. Technology Work Environment Readiness

- Timely successful coordination to ensure TWE Readiness
4. Client Visits

- Support the team to successfully show case Accenture capabilities to Clients

- RFI / RFP responses
5. Assist the Knowledge transfer Lead in the KT process
6. Assist in the Capacity Planning Process




7.Assist in Operational Excellence process documentation

GCC Transitions:

- Pullingtransitions in to India with end-to-end responsibility of specific process/ country/ business unit
Ensuring delivery center readiness for recent deals by program managing the recruiting, workplace set-up, IT deployment, BCP, service management setup etc
Certifications: PMP, Prince,Agile

Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

- May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

- The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor

- May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

- Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

- Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside

- Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts

- Would need to Travel to client location within/outside India.
