Education:

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead end-to-end freight operations across the assigned region. The role is responsible for ensuring on-time deliveries, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, fleet utilization, operational compliance, and team management while driving productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage freight operations across multiple branches / hubs.
- Ensure achievement of TAT, SLA, and operational KPIs.
- Optimize fleet utilization, route planning, and transportation costs.
- Lead and develop operations teams and transport vendors.
- Monitor branch performance, MIS, budgets, and profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 8-12 years of experience in freight, transportation or 3PL operations.
- Experience in fleet utilization, transport vendor management and customer operations.
- Robust knowledge of transportation planning, route optimization and operational budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in TMS, ERP and MS Excel.
