Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software applications using Java or Python programming languages.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

- Develop expertise in Agentic AI technology stack to build innovative products and services.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-19 years of experience in IT industry with hands-on experience on Java or Python programming languages.

- Strong understanding of Agentic AI technology stack including Claude framework for building conversational interfaces.

- Experience working on big data processing technologies such as Spark/Hadoop ecosystem (desirable).

- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team workplace.
