Job Description

We are looking for experienced Anaplan Testers with strong hands-on experience testing Workforce Planning, P&L;, and Balance Sheet models.

The role will support BAU and change testing within Anaplan, with a strong focus on validating business logic, financial calculations, data accuracy, and model outputs.

This is a testing-focused role and does not involve UAT. Candidates should be comfortable independently executing system, functional, and regression testing.

Required Experience

- 5+ years overall experience in functional/testing roles.




- Strong hands-on Anaplan model testing experience is mandatory.
- Experience testing P&L; and Balance Sheet logic within Anaplan is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Workforce Planning, including Headcount, FTE, Payroll and Actuals.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and financial calculations.
- Strong data validation and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently execute defined test cases and meet delivery timelines.
- Experience working in an offshore delivery model.

Important: Candidates with only Anaplan development/model-building experience but no hands-on Anaplan testing experience should not be considered.
