Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Overseas Education Counselor (Europe Specialist) with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in the admission processes for German Public Universities and a proven track record of driving successful student enrollments across Europe.Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Provide end-to-end guidance to students and parents regarding higher education opportunities across Europe (primarily Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, and other European countries).
- Profile Evaluation: Assess student profiles for eligibility, admission tests, APS certificates, ECTS credit matching, and tuition-free German university requirements.
- Documentation Support: Review and guide students on essential application documents (SOPs, LORs, resumes, and language proficiency).
- Visa & Processing: Guide students through the visa application lifecycle, blocked accounts (for Germany), financial documentation, and pre-departure steps.
- Lead Conversion:
Actively engage with incoming leads, follow up systematically, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core experience in European student counseling.
- Domain Knowledge: Specialized, proven expertise in handling applications for German Public Universities is mandatory.
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with CRM tools.
- Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
