Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate products and services to customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branchs customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver seamless and integrated solutions to customers




- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and the banks product offerings to provide informed advice to customers

Requirements

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using relevant banking systems and technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
