Job Title: SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant with experience of 8 to 10

years to support a critical legal entity carve-out for our client, AGFA. In this role, you will act

as the technical lead for middleware integration, focusing on replicating existing interface

scenarios, mapping logic, and communication channels from our reference company code to

the new entity. Work within a "reuse-first" framework, prioritizing the replication of proven

integration architectures to ensure business continuity across SD, MM, FICO, PS, and VIM

modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Replication: Analyse the Enterprise Service Repository (ESR) and

Integration Directory (ID) of the reference company code and replicate configuration,

interface flows, and scenarios for the new legal entity.

• Interface Management: Manage end-to-end integration for the in-scope modules

(SAP SD, MM, FICO, PS, and VIM). Design, develop, and update integration flows

for banking interfaces, third-party systems, and internal module-to-module

communication.

• Mapping & Transformation: Develop and update Message Mappings (Graphical,

Java, and XSLT) to align with new company code data requirements. Ensure

consistency in data transformation across the existing landscape.

• Technical Validation & Testing: Execute technical SIT (System Integration Testing)

and support UAT.



Resolve integration-related defects identified during mock cutovers

and trial data migrations.

• Bank & 3rd Party Connectivity: Configure and test secure connections with

banking partners (e.g., Citibank/HSBC) and other external systems, ensuring the

integrity of IDOC and file-based data exchange.

• Documentation & Governance: Maintain updated Technical Specification (TS)

documents, interface maps, and implementation runbooks. Ensure all activities align

with the projects "reuse-first" and minimal-redesign approach.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Middleware Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO

(Single/Dual stack) and SAP CPI.

• Integration Technicals: Proficiency with standard SAP adapters (IDOC, RFC, File,

SOAP, REST, JDBC, SFTP) and mapping techniques (Graphical/Java/XSLT).

• Carve-out/Replication Experience: Proven ability to work in an setting where

existing configuration and integration objects must be "cloned" and adapted rather

than built from scratch.

• Cross-Functional Integration: Deep understanding of integration touchpoints with

FICO (Central Finance), VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), SD, and MM.

• Troubleshooting: Expert proficiency in monitoring tools (Runtime Workbench,

Message Monitoring, Component Monitoring) to quickly identify and resolve

transmission, mapping, or authorization failures.
