Key Responsibilities

- Lead business and operational discussions to define the future direction of the OSS architecture.
- Develop and align architectural strategies with business and operational goals for cohesive technology planning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish an OSS Next Gen technology strategy and a corresponding business roadmap.
- Communicate with other Application Architecture domains to integrate enterprise recommendations and solutions.
- Review and assess technology sector project proposals to prevent functional duplication and ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps for OSS use cases, ensuring alignment with evolving technology landscapes.
- Oversee the evolution of OSS architecture, covering Performance and Fault management, Inventory & Topology management, and network discovery.
- Support subsidiaries in architectural aspects of the OSS domain, ensuring adherence to leading frameworks such as SOA and TMF.

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in the telecom field with a focus on OSS strategy and architecture for at least 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of IT and telecom applications and technologies, including network management and service delivery.
- Deep understanding of telecom industry standards, such as TM Forum eTOM, TAM, and FCAPS.
- Experience with large-scale IT/telecom application projects and implementations, including network inventory and service assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and lead teams.
- Proficiency in explaining complex business and operational issues and proposing effective resolutions.
