Design, develop, configure, and maintain healthcare integration interfaces using Mirth (NextGen) Connect. • Develop and support HL7 v2.x, HL7 v3, and FHIR interfaces for healthcare applications including EMR/EHR, HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, and other clinical systems. • Build and maintain message transformations, mappings, routing rules, filters, and channels within Mirth Connect. • Collaborate with business users, implementation teams, and clients to gather integration requirements and deliver reliable interoperability solutions. • Troubleshoot interface issues, monitor message processing, and resolve production incidents with minimal downtime. • Optimize Mirth Connect performance, scalability, and reliability while ensuring secure healthcare data exchange.



• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and integrate healthcare applications with thirdparty systems. • Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability and security standards, including HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, IHE, CCD, and CDA. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, deployment guides, and support documents. • Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement of integration solutions.
