Position: Servicenow SPM

Key Responsibilities:

Solid experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).

Hands-on expertise in:

- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Agile Development / Secure
- Investment Funding & Cost Planning
- Strategic Planning Workspace

Experience in ServiceNow platform development:

- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Flow Designer
- Script Includes
- ACLs
- Integrations





Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB.

Experience with Reporting, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics is preferred.

Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Develop and customize workflows, forms, and automations.
- Build reports, dashboards, and portfolio insights.
- Integrate SPM with enterprise applications and ServiceNow modules.
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and stakeholder requirements.
- Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
